Hey guys, Nate here. I'm proud to announce that I'm now the Program Director of Scrawny To Brawny. From now on all of my blogs and articles will be posted on the brand-new Scrawny To Brawny Blog. So if you enjoyed what you read here, please go check it out. (It's awesome, if I say so myself.) I'm keeping the NGE website alive for resource reasons, but will no longer be actively updating it. The best way to get in touch with me is through leaving a comment on the Scrawny To Brawny blog or by posting on the S2B Facebook page. See you guys over at the new blog!
$10,000 For Building Muscle and Losing Fat?
JB looking all jacked and tan
When Dr. John Berardi dropped me a line the other day, telling me all about his new program, I thought for a second the guy had lost his mind.
Now, don't get me wrong. I respect Dr Berardi. He's recognized as one of the top nutrition coaches in the world. And his programs get people results. Fast.
However, when I watched this video he sent over, and learned that he's giving away $20,000 of his own money, he definitely got my attention.
Check out this blog post for yourself.
Now, to qualify for this reward, you have to participate in the Lean Eating program. But that's a no brainer. You should want to do that anyway if you're interested in body transformation because there's nothing else like it. As a guy who's gained over 40 pounds of muscle over the years, you can trust me on that.
You get 6 months of world class coaching, the type of coaching you can't find, well, anywhere. And, during these 6 months, if you achieve the best body transformation, you'll win 10K.
Worst case scenario, you come out with the best body of your life. Best case scenario, you come out with the best body of your life, and 10 grand.
So, I highly encourage you to check out this video. In it, Dr Berardi shares with you two critical components for body transformation success.
And then he tells you exactly how one man and one woman are going to swoop in and claim $10 G's of his own money.
Now, this message is time sensitive. No, it's not gonna self- destruct or anything. However, spots are limited in this program. And lots of people want in.
So, if you're interested in finding out exactly how to eat to get in the best shape of your life, check out the video. 10 grand may be waiting for you on the other side.

hold on a minute.
$8800 prize money after you deduct the money charged for being a member of their program.
then after 6 months of gym membership and food expenses, well lets just say it isn't 10K any more
its still a good idea, cause i'm sure a lot of fat people would love to have a dream body, and why not get most of it paid for you, that's if you win.
from a business perspective its a good idea, i'm sure that prize money will entice enough people to pay of the 10 thousand dollars. and in the long run if they stay part of this program it will continue to bring in revenue. -
Yes Daryl, because if you didn't do this program you wouldn't have any food expenses...
-
I certainly hope people would have a gym membership and buy food any way.

Yeah really...what a pathetic use of an excuse

This guy is the new Bill Phillips! How his car instead, wonder what he drives?
-
HOW ABOUT HIS CAR I PUT, for some reason it didn't go there. This site is trying to make me look bad, eh?

This sounds like a litrally amazing opportunity for an 18 year old , although do you reckon he's going to want more middle ages people someone who he can show the results more with as its predominately middle class people who will by his programs? also do people think it will matter if you live in England? If it does i hope people will use this wisely becuase i would kill for something like this over here.

Sounds like a pretty cool thing Dr. Berardi's doing.

Matt, of course you would have food expenses, but he probably means that they would be higher. It has been said by Nate himself that the food costs can be high (don't make me hunt for that video/blog) and honestly, what he spent in a week in one blog is about what I have to spend for my family of five. Yes, five people. Lay off the guy. The same goes for gym memberships. I'm fit and in shape, thanks to other workouts, but a gym is just out of budget. I'm not saying that this competition isn't a good idea, it's a great idea! But lay off the guy.He has a point. And don't give me that b.s. about it's worth the investment in yourself...no, it's worth clothing and food for my family. I will make do with what I have and a chinup bar. Not ideal, but while putting that much money into yourself, it is partly choice, and partly privilege. My husband is doing well in his career, and I am training for a very well paid one, but it is just not possible at the moment. Don't just dismiss it as a pathetic excuse guys.
