East Coast Stompin'
You know that feeling you have when you're just getting ready to fall asleep but your body decides to involuntarily "jerk" and it wakes you up? Well, I just head-butted my window. And it hurt like a motherfucker. (It even hurt worse than when I convulsed and kicked my girlfriend in the kidney and she sought revenge by punching me in the face. Don't worry; it's a healthy relationship.)
Anyway, after a quick breakfast of Metabolic Drive and Spike Shooters, Jason and I boarded a plane to New York. And since sleeping is out of the question, I figured I'd share some thoughts. Here's what's up.
The Itinerary:
Monday – Friday- Get my ass kicked at DeFranco's warehouse gym for an upcoming article about training for the NFL Combine. Practical jokes, heavy weight, big dudes, and possibly vomit will be part of the program. Jason is there to film and photograph me looking like an idiot for your amusement. Aren't you lucky?
Saturday- Meet up with Sean Hyson, fitness editor of Men's Fitness magazine, for some drinks, and stories about Siamese hookers.
Sunday- I have no idea. But I bet food, drinks, and people will be involved.
Monday- Meet my publishers at Avery for lunch and then head to CBS studios to pick up our VIP passes to Letterman. I've got to check the website and see who's on the show for that day. It better be someone good. (That's a threat, CBS.)
Tuesday- Fly back to Missoula.
So wish me luck and stay tuned. I've got some big things planned in the next couple of months (including a complete site re-design and launch) and I really appreciate your support. I'm pretty excited. But mostly just pretty.

I wonder how many people watching that video are going to judge you for eating a donut. I used to laugh at all the stares I got at the gym when I walked in eating McDonalds before I trained.
