Team Cobra! Training Video
Why Team Cobra? I have no freaking idea; it just sounds awesomely stupid.
Included are a 57 inch box jump, heavy squats, the 225 rep bench press test, and Kyle humping a heavy bag.

Strong bench press Nate, what was that...225 for 18 or so?
-
That video was amazing and hilarious.

Kick ass jump man

Obviously if you're working on box jumps and your 225 bench numbers then you're doing the NFL combine this year.

Phenomenal stuff Nate.
I presume your Taekwondo training is of the ITF and not WTF? It's really impressive to see a muscular guy pull of some of the more difficult kicks with such style and ease, that's awesome. -
Nate,
stop showing off! Playing man....in all honesty that's real impressive and its making me psyched up to go to the gym right now!
I didn't know you were a martial arts major though....
I like the video though, I was cracking up.... Kyle is talented no odubt about it.
Talk to you soon.

Wow, I have never seen or heard a person being able to jump that high.
Your leap into the sky is certainly impressive. Not often am I impressed by someone doing something athletic. (The last time I was impressed by someone doing something athletic was seeing one of my students do lay-up with a swivel before he jumped up with no vision in one eye and a severely reduced vision in the other eye.)
How did you ever work towards pulling that off? -
very impressive box jump
-
I see you Nate, comin out to some jigga! Get ready for the NFL combine in April.
