- I had some fun writing up the Cheat Sheet - Two Things Women Hate About Your Body (and a few things they love) and hope you enjoy reading it. It's only a few pages and presents some interesting ideas to chew on. You will get it automatically by putting your name and email into the box on the right under the headline "Get the Cheat Sheet." I'd love to hear your feedback.
- I had a few minutes before I had to catch my flight home so I decided to whip out my camera and scare innocent girls by asking them one simple question: What body parts do you find attractive in men? Check out their answers here.
- I spent most of Saturday swinging kettlebells with Mike Mahler. I'm doing a recap of the bootcamp for T-Nation, so keep an eye out for that.
- I swung by the Blogworld Expo for a couple of hours to chat with Tim Ferriss and Ryan Holiday. Mike Shinoda from Linkin Park was there for the Keynote with Tim and gave a very cool presentation. I'm looking forward to next year's conference.
Nothing like a bullet point list with a shit-load of links to end the night!

Also, the million dollar question: which one of the girls in the video did you hook up with? I really hope it was the blondie that was talking about working on legs. I'd like to enjoy that vicariously through you.

Nice work on the BFS website, it looks really nice. But, I'm writing to ask you what you ended up talking to Tim about at the Blogworld Expo. Having read the book a couple of times, I'm a fan and interested in hearing more about your experience upon meeting him.

We didn't really talk about anything specific; we just caught up and hung out a bit.
Him and Mike Shinoda had a great Keynote though focused on building "You, Inc."
Tim talked quite a bit about his marketing strategies for FHWW and Mike let us in on how Linkin Park became such a success.
