The 5-minute Quick Fix Workout
Between the book, articles, training clients, maintaining a social life, and bothering mentors with questions, I don’t always have time for the gym. I’m guessing you don’t either.
Enter the Naked Warrior. (Sorry, Pavel.)
Bodyweight circuits can elevate your mood, fix your posture, burn a few calories, and energize you in less time it takes to say “Don’t really do the workout while naked. It’s just gross.â€
Here’s my favorite quick-fix workout, no equipment necessary. (I’ve linked to pictures or videos when possible):
The Goods:
Do each exercise back-to-back with no rest in between. After you finish the entire circuit, rest 1 minute. Repeat three more times. Crying afterwards is optional.
A1 Prisoner Squats - 25 reps
A2 Reverse Lunge -12 reps each leg
A3 Spider-Man Pushup – 12 reps total
A4 Mountain Climber – 12 reps each leg
A5 Full Sit-up– 15 reps

hey- i just found your site. i kno, i'm a girl, but hey, some of your stuff is pretty durn interesting! i tried your workout- i'm trying to get more into bodyweight exercise- i modified it- coz i that's how i roll- i subbed in burpees (pushups included) for the mountain climbers.
HELL. HELL. =D got a serious sweat on!
